**Shift Pattern - Mon - Thurs alternating. 6am - 2pm/ 2pm - 10pm.**

**Fri - 6am - 12 / 11.30am - 5pm**

My client is a leading name in the field of precision engineering, Operating from west Yorkshire, there is now an opportunity for an experienced CNC Machinist to join the team.

You will be proficient in the setting and operating of CNC Lathes. Programming experience is an advantage but not essential as this is done offline.

You will be experienced in the handling and operating of Haas or Fanuc controls.

Setting up and running machines, doing 1st off inspection.

You will have high attention to detail and quality control.

Observe machine operation to verify accuracy of machine settings and to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, using precision measuring instruments such as micrometre and dial calliper.

Adjust machine control, including part process.

As agreed, inspects tools for sharpness and usability, de-burr and report concerns to Line Manager.

**Salary**: £11.43-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
