**The Opportunity**

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Co-Ordinator to join our Production team and learn about all aspects of event production. This role will be responsible for providing a full range of administrative support and will work collaboratively across different teams and provide a customer focused service.

**Responsibilities**

As a Project Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for:

- Undertaking and owning event research into all production elements (e.g. entertainment, décor, furniture), as directed, in a timely, efficient and effective way ensuring information is provided in an easy to interpret format to enable decisions to be made on the best solutions for each event. Utilising appropriate systems to catalogue suppliers/record research for future reference
- Undertaking and owning specific areas of management of an event, such as Production Schedules and Show Running Orders, as directed by the Producer, utilising all appropriate tools and processes to deliver excellent event services, reporting back to the Producer on a regular basis
- Managing production crew logistics, ensuring freelance staff are contracted in time for each specific event, make sure all paperwork is appropriately completed and filed, arranging all crew travel and hotel logistics as required and compile and circulate crew Joining Instructions
- Ensuring all supplier contracts, invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time
- Order supplies for the event as required
- Delivering excellent customer service both internally and externally, building effective relationships and ensuring communication is clear and appropriate at all times
- Seek to continuously improve the administration of events and support provided by proactively learning from mistakes and/or feedback.
- Work within set budgets and identify opportunities for delivering greater value for money, whilst also looking for opportunities to be creative and forward-thinking wherever possible
- Provide on-site support as required responding positively to all requests and taking ownership for the outcome and problem solve issues where possible
- Demonstrate the Nteractive values at all times

**Skills, Experience and Competencies**
- Some experience in a similar agency and involvement in small event delivery
- Strong administration skills in a fast paced environment
- A track record of delivering high quality customer focused services
- Proven excel skills at intermediate or advanced level and sound ICT skills in general
- An interest in creative event production, entertainment and technology

And should exude the following competencies:

- Good inter-personal skills to develop effective relationships with suppliers, clients and colleagues
- Ability to work collaboratively and respect the views of others
- Highly motivated and passionate with a can-do approach to finding solutions and delivering customer service
- Clear communicator both written and verbally
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Ability to work at pace and under pressure

This role would suit someone who has 1-2 years’ prior experience and is looking to establish their career in the events industry.
