We want to be able to communicate with our customers easily, which is why we are looking for a Bi-lingual Customer Interaction Specialist _(Dutch speaking)_ to join our team either in Newcastle or the Netherlands.

We are seeking someone customer focussed with a first-rate telephone manner and a clear speaking voice. Good proficiency and navigation skills around a pc, along with excellent keyboard skill. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build rapportwith the customers, combined the ability to work well in a team environment. Having flexibility to work at various times in the contact centre, including evenings and weekends, where necessary. Previous contact centre experience would be very desirable.
