Each summer, we upgrade and prepare our locations ready for our residents. As part of the summer team, you will be assisting the on-site team get our vibrant and modern accommodation prepared and in great shape to welcome our students in September.

The Role: Customer Service Advisor Part Time

Working Hours: Mon - Fri between 8am - 8pm occasional weekends

Contract Length: Temporary 9 weeks

Rate of Pay: £13.58 ph

Location: Wembley Park HA9

- Working as part of the dedicated on-site team to make sure the students who stay with us always feel at home
- You will be running the front of house, ensuring that all residents and visitors have a friendly face to help them with their questions
- You will be logging maintenance requests and keeping any information on the database
- Ensuring bookings for room viewings, move-in days and check-outs run smoothly
- Handle deliveries and on-site visits from contractors
- Dealing with anything from a missing parcel to payment queries

What are we looking for?
- People who are dedicated and passionate about customer service, your experience can be from any industry, as long as you love to work with people
- A good grasp of standard IT programmes (Outlook, Word, Excel) and able to learn IT systems quickly
- Flexible and able to work shifts between Mon-Fri and occasional Saturdays
- Always willing to go above and beyond to solve a problem
