Order Processor

**5 Star Windows & Conservatories** is the regions premier installer of windows, doors, conservatories and orangeries. We are excited to recruit an additional Order Processor to join our growing team.

**Main purpose of job**:

- To check the designs of windows and doors ensuring they can be manufactured to specification, and to process the order when confirmed, as well as checking that all paperwork is complete and accurate.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain communication with clients to ensure they are happy with their order and wish to proceed.
- Deal with any arising issues with orders by liaising with different departments within the business.
- Accept a proportional number of inbound calls to the department.

**Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm**

**£21,000 per annum**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00 per year
