Stone Cutter

Due to company growth, we have an opening in our production team based at Lieurary Quarry, Thurso. Working in our fully equipped production workshop and paving line, the role of Stone Cutter is essential in creating our range of Caithness flagstone products.

**Requirements**:

- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills with colleagues
- Ability to read order documentation, schedules and drawings
- Good acumen for maths
- Good technical skills and willingness to learn
- Physically capable of taking on the varied manual handling activities.

On-site training will be provided however skills in using hand and power tools or previous working experience in quarrying or construction industries are advantageous.

**Salary**: £14.00-£17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
