Globexair is a busy freight forwarder and customs clearance agent based at London Heathrow Airport. We have a requirement for a Trainee Transport Coordinator within a busy import department.

This is a trainee role so full training will be provided no experience required. The job will suit a motivated individual who is looking to build and progress with a career in Transport or within the freight industry. Day to Day to tasks will include the below.

Check status 1 and send drivers / trucks out accordingly.

Update morning rundowns for customers.

Check collection trucks have arrived and been loaded at the scheduled times.

Liaise with the warehouse supervisors to ensure operation runs smoothly.

Plan transport for the following day including booking trucks and scheduling staff.

Plan your day and collections so all material makes the connections.

Chase Airlines for check in / waiting times.

Chase drivers at airlines.

Shift is Tuesday - Saturday 08:00 - 16:30.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £18,000.00 per year
