**Project Administrator Job Description**

A Project Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support as part of a busy Projects team.

Working with clients as well as Directors, Managers and Engineers to assist in the smooth operation of the Projects Department.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist Project team in all administration functions and processes.
- Provides a courteous and professional telephone service to our customers, always ensuring their needs are met.
- To become fully competent, through in-house training, in the use of the Company’s computer systems in order to meet customer requirements and communicate accurate and valid information when conversing with both internal staff and external customers.
- To accurately identify and resolve customer problems or escalate them to appropriate personnel where the required remedial actions falls outside your own area of responsibility.
- To ensure all documentation is accurately completed, stored and provided to appropriate personnel when required.
- To become a multi-skilled Team Member, offering flexibility within the department for the efficient provision of goods and services in accordance with customer needs.
- Any other duties commensurate with the role.

**Compliance**
- The Project Administrator is responsible for ensuring the office processes are followed and third-party accreditations are complied with
- Ensure that the QMS confirms to ISO9001: 2015
- Ensure processes are delivering intended outcomes
- Report to Top Management on the performance of the QMS; on opportunities for
- improvement; on change requirements; on innovations
- Ensure the promotion of customer focus
- Ensure the integrity of the QMS is maintained

**Working Conditions**
- Work location is office-based, sharing a room with other administrative staff in an open-plan office.
- The work may be stressful since a Project Administrator is often responsible for meeting completion deadlines.

- Attention to detail to monitor and control project variables.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
- Self-motivated, proactive, enthusiastic
- Good IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£11.01 per hour
