Customer Service Executive

We have an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and rewarding working environment in our growing courier and logistics business. If you are an ambitious person looking for a career and not just a job then this could well be the role for you.

You will need to embrace our customer-focused approach with enthusiasm to develop relationships with our clients so you know how best to meet their needs. Understandably you need to be a strong communicator, both internally with fellow members of your team and externally with clients, suppliers and prospects.

You will be involved in the allocation of work, so you need to be highly organised to utilise your resources. Relationship building with our suppliers is a must.

The key skills needed for the role include:

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organised and able to prioritise.
- Computer literate
- Relationship building skills.
- Able to act on your own initiative without constant supervision.
- Great telephone manner

As well as a good basic salary of up to £25K depending on previous experience, you can expect to earn more income from bonuses and commission. In addition, you will be enrolled on to our training and development programme and when eligible our company pension scheme.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
