**Salary**: £23,000 + Overtime + Bonus
Location: Holbeach, Lincolnshire
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (7 out of 14)
25 days holiday + BH pro rata,
4% employer pension

Interaction is working with a well-established and the largest Anaerobic Digestion company based in Holbeach. My client is looking to take on a maintenance technician to join the expanding company. This is a great position for someone starting off their engineeringcarer.
The Role:

- Ensure site operations are carried out efficiently to optimise the performance of the plant
- Maintaining Health and Safety procedures when carrying out daily procedures
- Operating Loading Shovel to load hoppers and sort feedstocks
- Working closely with the engineering team to further knowledge of the industry
- Maintain and operate the AD plant as instructed in a safe and efficient manner; assist with overall housekeeping and cleaning and carrying out data collection, analysis and reporting
- Work with, and support the Site Manager in maximising cost effective and efficient output and continuously improving safety, health, environmental and operational standards and systems
- You will be used to materials handling, confined spaces and working at heights
- Shovel License (Training will be provided to achieve a loading shovel license if this is not already held)
- Full UK Driving License
- Must have Mechanical or Electrical engineering skills
- Can adapt to changing circumstances and carry out physical work
- Previous experience in the following roles:

- Plant Engineering,
- Plant Technician,
- Maintenance Technician
- Anaerobic Digestion
