**Days / Hours:Monday to Friday 8:45am
- 5:30pm / 1 in 3 Saturdays**

We are looking for an articulate Lettings professional, with a keen eye for detail to join our client’s independent property business at an exhilarating time of growth. The role will be varied and will suit someone with previous Lettings & Property Managementexperience who is looking to further their career with an ambitious agency. After rebranding and expanding, this is an exciting time to join a forward-thinking agent

As a Portfolio Manager, you will work closely with a small team of negotiators and administrators ensuring the successful letting of properties & overseeing property management, whilst maintaining an excellent standard of welfare and compliance for the tenants.

**Job Role**:

- Viewings
- Carrying Out Check Out and Move in Inventories
- Keeping files up-to-date and compliant
- Arranging and carrying out Quarterly Inspections
- Maintaining regular contact with landlords, who have property on the market
- Dealing with Property Maintenance
- Actively looking for tenants for properties on the market
- Answering phone calls, dealing with walk-in enquiries, arranging viewings and conducting feedback for landlords/vendors

**The Individual will**:

- Have a Full Driving licence
- Be a bright, bubbly, hard-working individual
- Enjoy dealing with the public
- Keen and eager to work well with Tenants and Landlords
- Have excellent time management skills
