**Opportunity**:
We are actively seeking enthusiastic apprentices to participate in our 2024 groundworks programme.

This position offers the chance to engage in hands-on work on a busy construction site whilst pursuing your qualification through scheduled weekly college blocks.

As an apprentice, you'll have the invaluable opportunity to learn from experienced groundworkers, acquiring skills and expertise necessary for preparing sub-surfaces for structural work to begin on-site.

Your duties will involve installing drainage systems, concreting, building roads and pathways, and executing final touches on hard landscaping projects.

**The Successful Applicant will**:

- Hold GCSE’s in Maths & English at Level 2 or above
- Be dedicated to undertake the Level 2 Groundworks Apprentice Standard - minimum 18 months.
- Be available to start work from 07th May 2024
- Can commute to college (Kings Norton, West Midlands)

**Package**:

- Contract Type: Apprentice
- Weekly Hours: 07:30am to 16:30pm Monday - Friday _(8:00am - 16:00pm if under 18yrs)_
- 28 days annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays.
