This is a full time role, working Monday to Friday from 9am - 5pm.

**The Role**

In conjunction with our Senior Estate Coordinator, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks across the various Estate enterprises, including, but not limited to:

- Handle general enquiries from members of the public, tenants and also Estate Staff, dealing with and processing queries and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide day to day support to the Estate Manager, and wider Estate and Office team in relation to property management, Estate tasks, and general office requirements and compliance.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation relating to Property Management, Fishing, Shooting and Farming. This could include referencing, taking deposits and the drafting of tenancy documents, taking bookings for let shoot days and organising the renewals of Rods fishing on the Loddon.
- Liasing with external contractors, suppliers and service providers to ensure the smooth operation of Estate processes.
- Assist, manage and deliver key projects as and when required. A key focus of the Estate is continuous improvement and as such, it is envisaged that the Estate Coordinator will support relevant business leads on the implementation of new projects.
- Assisting the Managing Director and Estate Manager with tasks as and when required.
- You will often be the point of contact for members of the public enquiring about Estate activities and as such you must have a confident and personable approach.

- **Adaptability**: No two days are the same, so the individual needs to be prepared to adapt to the person or task they are dealing with.
- **Time Management**: Many of our tasks are time sensitive and as such we require someone with excellent time management to ensure that tasks are prioritised and dealt with at the right time.
