My client, a high profile Welsh organisation is on the hunt for an Ecommerce Manager to join their established marketing team. You will be confident with web analytics and continuously look for innovative ways to grow the online business and maximise digitalpresence through quarterly strategic planning. As the newly appointed Ecommerce Manager you will deliver a strong growth for an end to end ecommerce site whilst demonstrating passion and strategic planning for digital marketing for both B2C and B2B audience
Managing, supporting and developing the digital activities within the marketing team, you will be pivotal in leading the joined up approach for all of the digital marketing channels.

**The job**:

- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual digital marketing budgets in conjunction with the Senior Executive team
- Plan, develop and implement all the digital marketing strategy and website optimisation, managing 8 websites and a growing online portfolio
- Oversee the development of the website and digital strategies linking to the website
- Manage the relationship with external agency who support in monitoring, reporting on performance of website, SEO and PPC
- Lead on the provision of CRM services for colleagues ensuring the processes, platforms and governance procedures are fit for purpose
- Provide analysis and reporting for all digital strategies and tactics with team and present to Head of Marketing
- Create engaging and creative content to drive data capture and brand awareness
- Required to deputise in the absence of the Head of Marketing

**The person specification**:

- Relevant high level digital marketing qualification or equivalent industry experience in a senior digital marketing role
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent digital marketing experience in the areas of website development, website optimisation, social media, content marketing
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in managing and reporting on PPC (Pay per Click) campaigns directly or via an agency
- Analytical with the ability to assess outcomes and make recommendations for improvement
- Innovative and interested in new technology and trends which will positively benefit the user experience
