Based in Torquay, Devon Optics Warehouse was founded in 2007 with the simple, yet ambitious goal of becoming the leading name in the UK’s optics industry. We are the largest retailer of Optics in the UK and specialise in Rifle Scopes, Binoculars, Thermal Imagers and Night vision as well as an expansive range of Shooting accessories including Reloading gear, Shooting Mats and Drag Bags, Rifle Scope Mounting Tools, Lighting Solutions and Rifle Stocks.

We are looking for a E-commerce/Marketing Assistant to join our team as we continue to expand and grow. This role is perfect for for someone looking at an entry-level position with room to progress within the role of E-commerce and marketing.

This is an exciting role placed right at the heart of the business. You will play a crucial role in our continued development and ensuring our online presence is clean, clear and professional.

**Roles will include, but not be limited to**:

- Product listing on various online platforms such as Magento2, Shopify, eBay and Amazon
- Maintenance of current listings and constantly improving content where required
- Price adjustments across multiple platforms and price researching competitors to ensure our prices stay competitive
- Monitoring and responding to customer queries and offers on online marketplaces.
- Helping when needed with marketing content creation
- Photography of products for product listings, and also for various marketing lifestyle images

**Skills Required**:

- Willingness to learn as new ventures are explored
- English reading and writing skills
- Computer / ICT skills
- Able to work as both part of a team and individually
- Hard working and reliable
- A keen interest in e-commerce and marketing

**Skills Desired but Not Essential**
- Experience with or knowledge of product listing using Magento2, eBay, Amazon, Shopify platforms
- Experience with or knowledge of Khaos Cloud Control stock management
- Photography skills
- Knowledge, experience or interest in rifle scopes, optics, shooting and wildlife spotting
