**About The Role**:
- We are now recruiting for a
- **Service Receptionist** to join our Garage team. Reporting into the Senior Garage Manager the Service Receptionist will be customer facing and provide a service to all customers bringing their cars for repair, in a friendly and efficient manner.
- ** Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 4.30pm**
**Key Duties Include**:
- To organise the daily workload and work with parts suppliers to ensure customer deadlines are met and be part of a great team providing excellent customer service.
- To upsell any additional work to the customers when their vehicles require it.
- To manage the electronic data base and produce all necessary paperwork for the internal processes and invoices for customers along with managing the service reminder system.
**About You**:
As a Service Receptionist, you will have strong communication and administrative skills, ideally with experience in Motor trade within a similar role.
You will be a personable & exceptional communicator, who is confident speaking with customers and consumers about The Motorist Garage and services.
As a self-motivated individual, you will be comfortable working individually and part of a wider team and have a keen eye for detail.
All training will be provided.
