**Die Rolle**

Als Team Lead IT Services, Infrastructure & Cloud Procurement berichtest du an den Head of IT Procurement innerhalb des Indirect Procurement und bist für etwa acht (globale) Category Manager verantwortlich.
Diese spannende Aufgabe innerhalb des erneuerten IT/OT Procurement-Teams bietet dir die Möglichkeit, ein globales Team zu leiten, zu betreuen und weiterzuentwickeln und an innovativen Projekten in allen Geschäftsbereichen von RWE mitzuwirken, darunter Erneuerbare Energien, Energiehandel und vieles mehr.

**Deine Zukunftspläne**
- Du organisierst, gestaltest, steuerst und repräsentierst dein funktionales internationales Team
- Du planst, implementierst und verfolgst strategische Initiativen, die das Geschäftswachstum, die digitale Transformation, die Kostensenkung und die Wertschöpfung für die jeweiligen Stakeholder unterstützen
- Du fungierst als Sparringspartner für deine (globalen) Category Manager, um potenzielle globale Category
- und Sourcing-Strategien zu bewerten und zu testen
- Coaching deiner (globalen) Category Manager bei Lieferantenverhandlungen, Benchmarking, Marktanalysen usw.
- Abstimmung und Umsetzung von übergreifenden Beschaffungsstrategien, Strategien, Aktivitäten und Herausforderungen mit deinem Team
- Verantwortung und Entwicklung einer Pipeline und einer priorisierten Bedarfsprognose in Zusammenarbeit mit den Procurement Business Partnern
- Entwicklung einer Schnittstelle zum operativen Beschaffungsteam
- Sicherstellung und Förderung effektiver Praktiken und kontinuierlicher Verbesserungen innerhalb des Teams, um das Risiko der Nichteinhaltung von Vorschriften zu verringern und die Automatisierung und Selbstbedienungsfunktionen zu verbessern Handhabung von Eskalationen und Delegation/Verfolgung von Aktivitäten**Dein Profil**
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung kleiner Teams in einer internationalen und dezentralen Umgebung
- Einschlägige Kenntnisse des Beschaffungsmarktes und der Branche in den relevanten IT-Kategorien (IT-Software und SaaS)
- Strategische Beschaffungserfahrung und ein Verständnis für P2P-Prozesse
- Gute Kommunikations-, Netzwerk
- und Gestaltungsfähigkeiten
- Bereitschaft, zu unseren Betriebs-/Bürostandorten und wichtigen Lieferanten zu reisen
- Ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse sind erwünscht
