Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and plumbing repairs
- Inspect facilities regularly to identify issues and address them promptly
- Repair or replace broken equipment, appliances, or fixtures
- Install fixtures such as shelves, blinds, or curtain rods
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff or residents in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Person or similar role
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Strong knowledge of general repair and maintenance tasks
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
This role is on self employed basis and paid weekly
Own van and tools essential
Pay: £150.00 per day
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Maintenance: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
