We are looking for someone with tenacity and creativity, and a passion for sustainability and promoting the circular economy.

Our Tonnes of Care initiative aims to save 25,000 tonnes from landfill by 2027 and converting unwanted items into hospice nursing hours. This role will focus on recruiting and engaging corporate and community partners, highlighting the sustainability aspect of the initiative as well as the altruistic benefits of supporting a local charity.

You will be responsible for contacting potential partners, outlining the campaign details and the different ways to support it, and engaging, updating and thanking partners post-activity. The post holder will work closely with the Community Fundraising, Retail and Marketing teams to deliver a collaborative approach that benefits the Hospice as a whole.

**Key responsibilities**
- Build and manage relationships with external Tonnes of Care partners as the main point of contact
- Lead the recruitment of new Tonnes of Care partners
- Update all partners with results from any planned activity such as Mobile Donation Days
- Represent Tonnes of Care at appropriate events to engage new partners or thank/update current ones
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and roll out regular marketing activity to keep the campaign alive and increase awareness both internally and externally through all relevant platforms and social channels
- Working with a range of Isabel Hospice staff to ensure a collaborative approach to Tonnes of Care, in particular working closely with the Fundraising, Marketing and Trading Operations teams
- Use Trading data to report on the impact of Tonnes of Care on stock levels and income for key stakeholders

**Skills and knowledge**
- Experience of working in a Community or Events related role
- IT literate, including Microsoft Office
- Experience in, or knowledge of, managing multiple stakeholders both internal and external
- Experience in the charity and/or retail sector is desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An attention to detail with an ability to influence both verbally and in writing
- Flexible, positive and adaptable, willing to undertake a wide variety of tasks
- Keen, highly motivated and a quick learner
- A can-do attitude
