What does the role involve?
Reporting to the Credit Control Team Leader, you will work as part of the Credit Control team to support and build relationships with your assigned stakeholders and their customers to manage the flow of invoices. This is a remote role where travel to the Telford office will be quarterly.
**Some of your key duties will include**:
- Chasing for overdue payments and verifying invoices
- Maintaining client and customer relationships and responding to any enquires
- Identifying any potential risk concerns by reporting suspicious patterns and trends
- Ensuring all operations are running smoothly and efficiently

You're an enthusiastic individual, known for being a people person and building long-lasting positive relationships, whether that's within your team or with your clients. You're passionate about seeing things through and providing excellent service. You enjoy organising your day to prioritise work and love to work in collaboration with others and by using your own initiative.
Also, we're looking for the following:
- Proficiently in Microsoft Office, Excel
- Knowledge and understanding of working with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to problem-solve
