Multi Sports Coach

Duties
- Plan and deliver sports coaching sessions to individuals or groups
- Develop and implement training programs to improve performance and skills
- Provide guidance and support to athletes in achieving their goals
- Assess and analyze athletes' strengths and weaknesses
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to athletes on their performance
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to create a positive and inclusive team environment
- Ensure the safety of athletes during training sessions and competitions
- Keep up-to-date with the latest coaching techniques

Experience
- Previous experience in sports coaching, range of sports from gymnastics to football
- Strong knowledge of the rules, strategies, and techniques of the sport(s)
- Ability to effectively communicate and educate athletes of different ages and skill levels
- Excellent organizational skills to plan training sessions and manage schedules
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping athletes reach their full potential

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.00-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 3 per week

**Experience**:

- Sports coaching: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Enhanced DBS (required)
- Level 1 Safe Guarding Certificate (preferred)
