**What do we do**:
We support the Practice and Operations Managers across our 14 surgeries, to deliver exceptional service and support to our patients and colleagues. We reduce the admin heavy activities involved in running a successful GP surgery, and we complete them within the central team.

We believe that the clinician-patient partnership and trust is the cornerstone for an effective and proactive patient care experience.

**What do we need**:
We have an exciting opportunity within our Central Services team for an experienced Medical Secretary. The role is based in our Central offices in Hinckley, and not in a surgery.

**About You**

You will play an important part in the effective day to day running of our surgeries by offering a remote service across our 14 practices.

**Day in the life of a Medical Secretary**
- Supporting with secretarial duties across our multiple surgeries
- Raising e-referrals and bookings, routine and urgent referrals
- Chasing referrals and answering patient queries via phone
- Running reports online with CQC audits

Experience and skills in the following areas are essential:

- S1 Experience
- **Must** have previous experience of Medical Secretary, including knowledge of choose and book, routine and urgent referrals and medical notes.
- High attention to detail
- Flexible
- Computer skills are essential.
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good knowledge and understanding of confidentiality.
- Use own initiative.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£11.50 per hour
