About the role

To help those we care for to live the most rewarding, engaging and fulfilling lifestyle that they are able to whilst meeting their needs in terms of the Mind, Body and Soul.

To co-ordinate and support the planning, creation and delivery of a welcoming and inviting home-based Lifestyle Programme aimed at encouraging residents to participate and engage in a wide-ranging variety of activities. Offered as part of our groupwide MoreProgramme, the focus is on ensuring that resident interests and needs are met consistently and creatively whilst adapting to varying levels of physical and mental ability.

About you

We provide full training so we’d also love to hear from you whatever your background, its just as important is that you’re organised, have great communication skills, and that you’re flexible enough to work shifts. We also believe in giving you a great career pathway, so maybe your next step might be Nurse Associate and we are committed to supporting you on your journey.

**Knights Court**:
Knights Court lies within the London borough of Edgware, providing specialist residential care with additional dementia provision for residents within the home. A home with the latest facilities and amenities, rooms are all ensuite, with bright and modern decor. Residents are encouraged to make their space their own with personal images and possessions. There are several communal areas in the home, each different and created to suit the residents. There is a broad and interesting activity programme, keeping people active whilst they are here. From taking part in exercise sessions to spending time reminiscing or enjoying performances together, there is something for everyone.
