**Key Deliverables**:
To ensure processes are maintained & followed which are conjunctive in maintaining the efficiency of the relevant PU Cell. To supervise the PU cell, operators & associated equipment required to implement these processes.

Manage & control the material requirements ensuring any BOM’s are ordered in a timely manner. Review all SOP’s are in place for the current or on order for the following shift.

Provide advice & leadership for the training of any technical operators nominated to work in the cell.

Load/supervise and maintain the materials required in the PU machine / tank farm.

Supervise tool maintenance & cleaning. Ensure any requirements occur in a timely manner.

Maintain the set up & cleanliness of the PU cell ensuring all 5s targets are achieved.

Ensure any routine maintenance regimes take place to ensure on-going capability.

Ensure used empty barrels of material are stored and collected when necessary.

Ensure any daily calibration requirements are conducted & ensure all the relevant documentation is populated & distributed.

Ensure daily production plans are followed & maintained.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Supervision of the PU cell for existing & all new products
- Quality checks to ensure parts are produced to the required quality standards.
- In conjunction with the planning / engineering dep’t ensure all Routing maintenance intervals are maintained within the PU cells & associated equipment in the given timeframe
- Review the tooling status & cleaning activity to ensure the tools are maintained to the required standards
- Conduct / supervise daily calibration activity upon the machine when required
- Ensuring health and Safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental requirements. Develop ideas to improve the safety and environmental integrity of the process.
- To provide on-going Support to Production through any issues with the process by investigating and modifying/improving where appropriate.
- To provide KPI’s / OEE’s results where necessary. Daily scrap, downtime, Productivity.
- Contribute to new projects and new products introduction to ensure effective introduction.
- Where necessary help the introduction of new product systems to ensure effective introduction.
- Provide supervisory support for the assigned process and production on daily basis.
- Interacting extensively with teams in a variety of disciplines, quality assurance, maintenance, manufacturing, sales and new-product development.
- To fulfill and reasonable request.
- Add all daily production volumes / information to Netsuite
- Populate daily production documentation (PABS, 5S, MRD, 1st off samples).
