Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a vital role in our organisation, and we are looking for someone who can work in a fast paces environment and possesses excellent SAGE knowledge and skills.

Duties include:

- Performing general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing
- Ensure the charity operates effective data collection and filing systems around programmes of activity and projects.
- Electronic data inputting in documents and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office packages.
- To process and administer day to day finance tasks including invoice processing, petty cash and monthly banking.
- To prepare resources for events, meetings and to provide various secretarial duties during meetings including minute taking.
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- The Administration Officer will be expected to carry out various other duties as instructed by the Manager.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative role is essential.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and SAGE Accounting Software is essential.
- Experience counting, handling, and banking income is essential.
- Excellent communication skills verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Strong clerical skills, including typing and data entry.
- Adaptable to the changing needs of the business is essential.
- Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
