**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Machine Operation**: Operate various finish machines and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently. Trainees will receive hands-on training.

2. **Quality Assurance**: Perform regular checks to ensure machinery is producing to the highest quality standards. Report any discrepancies or malfunctions promptly.

3. **Maintenance**: Assist in routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to minimize downtime.

4. **Teamwork**: Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation and meet production targets. Share knowledge and best practices.

5. **Safety Compliance**: Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.

6. **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of operations, including production volumes and maintenance activities.

**Requirements**:

- A good level of English proficiency for effective communication.
- Mechanical aptitude and interest in machine operation (specific training will be provided for trainees).
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with precision.
- Reliable transportation to commute to the workplace.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred for skilled operators, but not essential for trainees.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:
