**The Company**

We are extremely proud to be working on behalf of a historic Independent School in Cheltenham who are looking for a School Matron to work within a Boarding House.

The School prides itself on giving young people a first rate education and is now seeking a School Matron to contribute to the lives of the pupils.

**The Role**

The role of a School Matron is to oversee the running of the Boarding House and be on hand to ensure pupils are meeting the necessary standards.

The School Matron will be on hand to assist pupils should they feel unwell and will be required to offer basic medical attention before escorting them to the Medical Centre.

There is also a pastoral element to the role.The School Matron will be required to be on hand to listen to the problems of the pupils and ensure their personal welfare, whilst making sure the House is a warm, welcoming and friendly environment for all.
