We are a small to medium sized, fast growing property and facilities management company, with grand plans for the future, who are looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator to join our help desk team. You will need to be an excellent communicator, who is very confident on both phone and video calls.

You must be tenacious, organised, determined and have a common sense and logical thought process, able to weigh up options and solve multiple problems on a daily basis. A calm and balanced temperament is essential, working with a constant flow of urgent maintenance and repair issues.

Your role will be to operate within our property help desk, administering the delivery of property maintenance regimes to our clients building portfolios, using our facilities management IT system. (**Note this is not an IT support desk**, although good IT knowledge, understanding and competency is needed).

Lateral thinking, the ability to work at times unsupervised, customer service skills, working with a large and varied task load, being self-motivated and having drive are all essential for this role.

**We are not in a position to fund placements or sponsor foreign nationals into the UK**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the service and maintenance of our clients buildings, plant and equipment
- Manage our network of contractors in the delivery of their maintenance services
- Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs for clients
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical & plumbing issues with the support of colleagues
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities via our CAFM system

**Experience**:

- Preferred experience working in property related sector
- Good knowledge of working in fast paced help desk environments
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
