**Main Responsibilities of the role will include**:

- Be the first point of contact for IT and Support queries in the firm
- Support clients and colleagues over a number of systems
- Installing and checking IT equipment for colleagues across the firm
- Build strong service oriented relationships with both Clients and members of staff
- Support multiple systems and processes for users
- Be an active member of the team, owning issues and ensuring they are followed up
- Involvement in new system roll outs and supporting projects
- A positive, can do attitude in a fast paced environment
- Experience in working with case management systems
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Confident in verbal and written communication
- Good understanding of basic IT desktop set up

Salary will be competitive and dependent on experience, and the firm offers a benefits package, as well as realistic opportunities for development and progression
