**Job Description**:
Pertemps are recruiting for a Part-Time Project Support Administrator to work with a Public Sector organisation based in Macmerry on a temporary basis.

**Start Date**:ASAP
**Contract Length**: 6 months initially
**Hours**:14 hours per week (Thursday & Friday)
**Location**:Macmerry (EH33)
**Pay Rate**:£13.80 per hour

**Main Duties**:

- Assist in communication with customers and other stakeholders, ensuring contact is managed promptly and courteously.- Assist in the assessment, allocation and reallocation of works orders to craft workers using various IT systems and electronic communication in accordance with agreed procedures.- Administer, check and process void utility bills from energy suppliers, liaising with suppliers to deal with carry overs, estimated accounts, effective dates, legal notices and debt collection arrangements or communications.- Maintaining supporting records and systems as required.- Assist in achieving performance targets, establishing and maintaining quality control systems to ensure best value of service delivery.- Ensure that relevant orders and invoices are processed timeously and accurately, using various IT systems, in conjunction with the Business Support and Procurement Team.- Assist in setting and monitoring targets and developing standards- Provide general administrative support including letter writing, minute taking, digital filing, job tickets, call or contact handling and craft worker support duties.- Assist in investigating customer complaints or service failures, and in identifying resulting area for potential improvement.- Undertake such other duties and responsibilities that may be reasonably required by the service.**Essential Skills**:

- Experience of working in an office environment.- Effective verbal and written communication skills.- Skilled user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)- Effective organisational and time management skills.- Ability to prioritise a varied and complex workload.- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Please submit your CV today to be considered for this opportunity or contact Dion on 0131 225 7531
