Handy Man

We are a property maintenance and repairs company and are looking for experienced multi-skilled engineer who can assist us in carrying out a high quality, efficient and well-organised minor repairs and maintenance services where and when required for public and private sector homeowners and landlords in Glasgow and the surrounding areas.

You will generally complete 7 to 10 smaller jobs daily, working in individual occupied houses.

This is a full time permanent position - books in. No CIS or self-employed.
- About You

You should be clean a presentable and have a tidy work manner, be capable of delivering a high standard of customer service.

You should be competent & confident in basic joinery - small joinery jobs, plumbing, tile replacing

You should also be willing and capable of completing minor plumbing, bulb changing, plastering, painting, tiling & have good all round general DIY skills.

You should have a full current driving licence, with no more than 6 points currently - no disqualifications in past 5 years.

**Job description**

Main Duties will include:

- General Repairs & maintenance - adhoc as required
- Minor Plumbing - being able to fix small water leaks from taps/water tanks, replacing bath and shower seals
- Minor Electrical - replacing lights, bulbs, fuses, plugs, smoke detector batteries etc
- Simple Joinery Work - kitchen cabinets doors, general repairs, changing/repairing door locks/ironmongery, replacing shaving etc.
- Current UK Drivers Licence
- Great attention to detail
- able to provide past two employers reference details
