We are seeking to recruit for the position of Poker Dealers at our Aspers Westfield Stratford City site.

This position reports to the Customer Service Managers - Poker, and will be trained to deliver an engaging, positive customer experience.
- You will learn to be responsible for ensuring that Aspers core service values are demonstrated through the provision of an exciting and exceptional customer experience.
- Poker Dealers will be expected to be fully flexible and available to work for any requirements within Aspers & this will mean evening & weekend obligations outside of ‘normal’ working hours.

**_Selection Criteria _**(Essential)**
- A full working knowledge of Texas Hold ‘Em Poker
- Ability to deal both cash and tournament games
- Customer Focused
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- A team player
- Pays attention to detail

**(Desirable)**
- Previous experience of dealing in a poker room
- Ability to deal other forms of poker.
