CNC Operator - Permanent - Days - West Midlands

L & C Consulting are recruiting with a well-known and respected Manufacturing company in Darlaston for a new CNC Operator to join their large, modern thinking engineering team. This new permanent position will suit an experienced CNC Operator / 3,2 Axis Machinist / Operator looking for a role on a Monday - Thursday day shift. You will ideally have a good level of experience working within Aerospace parts manufacture and will have experience of 3,2 & 5 Axis machining.

Experience of working in a similar role is essential and you will ideally have experience of working in automotive and / or aerospace machine shop environments. You will be hard working and flexible as well as technically astute and able to work under pressure.

Experience working with graphite is ideal, and it is also advantageous to have experience working on Hurco.

You’ll be used to working independently and from complex, engineering drawings. A good level of education is also desirable, ideally including with Mechanical Engineering qualifications.

The Darlaston site is fully accessible from around the West Midlands including Cannock, Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Walsall, Lichfield, Dudley, Sandwell, Halesowen etc
