**The Role**: As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in positively shaping the lives of our young people. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing mentorship, guidance, and emotional support to young people
- Assisting with daily activities and routines, fostering independence
- Planning and organizing engaging activities to encourage personal development
- Collaborating with a dynamic team to create individualized support plans

**Requirements**:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£29,000.00 per month

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Preston: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Residential Childcare: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred)
- Driving Licence (required)
