**School Transport Driver**

**Billericay**

**£9.50 per hour**

**Monday - Friday (Partime school hours mornings and afternoons during term times)**

Driving a modern fleet (average age is less than 2 years old)

**YOU WILL NEED TO**:
Have a valid UK Driving Licence

Ensure vehicle is kept in a safe & convenient location

Be able to drive a company supplied vehicle which ranges from cars, eight-seater people carriers and larger wheelchair accessible vehicles (all can be driven on a car licence)

Have the right to work in the UK School Transport Drivers perform a valuable role in the Community, transporting children and young adults to and from school and educational centres.

**We will arange and pay for you to have**:
A Group 2 Medical

Undertake a (DBS) Criminal Record Check

This is a highly rewarding role; our drivers are our lifeline for families across the UK The 24x7 Group is one of the largest independently run companies in the UK, transporting over 6,000 children a day, delivering contracted special needs education transport for Local Authorities.

**YOUR ROLE**

Transport special needs (SEN) or vulnerable children and adults to and from school, college, or day care centres

To work in an effective, safe, flexible manner and support the operation of the Company

To quickly establish positive and professional relationships with passengers, their carers / parents, and the key people at the establishments they attend.

You will be required to work Monday-Friday usually mornings and afternoons during term times.
