Our client is looking for a Receptionist / Administrator toassist their team in Caerphilly on a permanent basis.

**Essential**
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent IT skills
- Highly organised
- Able to work well under pressure

**Responsibilities**
- Answering and directing calls to relevant departments
- Carrying out general administration work such as photocopying, filing and sorting post as required.
- Meeting and greeting clients, and answering any queries in a professional manner
- General administration
