**Location**:Metrocenter, Newcastle.

**Rate**:£21.00ph

Core Construction Personnel are looking for an experienced Carpenter and Joiner to start work on a large Commercial refurbishment in Portbury. **Details include**
- Internal refurbishment works.
- 1st fix and stud work.
- 2nd fix and finishing works.
- Fixing plasterboard.
- Working closely with the site manager.

**Requirements for role**
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Full PPE, tools and Own vehicle required.
- 2 x work references carrying out similar works.
- Able to have good time keeping and be punctual.
- Photo ID.
