You will work with the Head of Productions and the wider production team, focusing on the creation, production and editing of video content for the Company’s new Formula 1 channel - ON TRACK GP.

You will also assist as reasonably required with video content the other Global Fan Network channels including in particular for RLM Media Limited with regard to the “_AFTV_” assets and, for RLTV Media Ltd with regard to the “_DR Sports_” assets, and related production activities.

The role will include everything from shooting and directing video shoots to editing and post-production work. Specific responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with clients and team members to determine video goals and objectives.
- Developing and maintaining a production schedule for videos and content on the channel
- Setting up and operating video equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting
- Capturing and editing raw footage, including selecting the best takes and organizing the footage into a cohesive final product - across all formats of podcasts, lives streams, short form and new shows.
- Creating motion graphics and other visual effects to enhance the final video.
- Collaborating with clients or team members on revisions and final edits to the video.
- Maintaining and updating video production equipment.
- Creating promotional videos and assets for brand sponsorship deals

You will need:
(i) Creative vision: the ability to conceptualise and execute creative ideas for video content

(ii) to effectively communicate with the production team to ensure that quality content is delivered accurately and on schedule; Confidential

(iii) to manage timelines and delivery commitments, ensuring that quality content and messaging is delivered accurately and on schedule; and

(iv) to be efficient with good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.

(v) to be meticulous, with attention to detail and good technical skill, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills.

(vi) to be adaptable and have the ability to work under tight deadlines.

You will work within a team, both technical and editorial, and must maintain good relationships and open communication at all times. This requires treating others with courtesy, respect and helpfulness. Your role may require working highly unsociable hours and include weekends as well as late nights, and you will need to remain calm and efficient.

You represent the Company in all that you say and do whilst at work and must behave professionally at all times, maintain high standards, and observe the Company’s Code of Conduct.

You will be responsible for Company equipment, including inspecting, testing and adjusting equipment, and for its maintenance, care, efficient operation, storage and safeguarding. You must ensure that it is only used for authorised and appropriate purposes.

You will also be responsible for ensuring safe working practices (to the extent within your power and control) and observing the Company’s Health and Safety policies.

Place of Work

Your normal place of work will be at the Company’s offices currently at 3 Thane Works, London, N7 7NU.

You may be required to travel to work such other place or places in the UK on a temporary basis (mainly in or around London) as reasonably required for the performance of your duties, including such places where footage is shot, recorded or edited. In particular, given that central to productions are fan interviews, previews and reviews of sporting events before, during and after games you acknowledge that you may be required (without additional remuneration) to travel to and attend home and away sporting events.
