An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Factors Researcher** **to join our thriving UK Medical Device Manufacturing Company.

We are looking to recruit a Human Factors Researcher** **who will be responsible for supporting product development by co-ordinating and leading usability and human factors research assessing the characteristics of the user interface for effectiveness, efficiency and user satisfaction.

**Essential Experience/Qualifications**
- A university degree, or equivalent qualification relevant to human factors / usability
- Knowledge and understanding of the usability standard BS EN 62366-1
- Experience in conducting user research and formative / summative evaluations

**Desirable Experience/Qualifications**
- Able to produce clear and concise documentation compliant to the usability standard to strict deadlines
