Tru Recruitment have a great opportunity for you to join a growing law firm as a Legal Secretary in Cheltenham.

Key Responsibilities as a Legal Secretary will include:

- Provide secretarial support, including managing diaries, arranging meetings, preparing and filing documents, and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, responding to enquiries and taking messages as necessary.
- Assist with the drafting of documents, and ensure that all documentation is accurate and up to date..

To be successful as a Legal Secretary you will need to demonstrate:

- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Good accurate typing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines, with a proactive and flexible approach.
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
- Proactive and motivated individual who is passionate about providing excellent support.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

**Salary**: From £24,000.00 per year
