Team Spirits Airport Operations is looking to add to our ever-expanding team based at Gatwick Airport within the Euro Tunnel & Ferries, working in a vibrant and fast paced retail environment.

You will need to be confident working towards targets as this role is not only customer facing but sales driven, as well as possessing excellent customer service skills

You must be available to work shifts

**Must Have**:

- Full Driving Licence
- Be over the age of 18
- Be Able to start at 4am and finish 10pm
- Flexible for shift pattern

**Key skills needed**:

- Possess excellent communication and customer service skills
- Have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Be confident in engaging the customer in the brand experience and story
- Educate passengers with your product knowledge
- Well-presented and groomed
- Willing to receive and deliver in house training
- Drive sales working towards set targets
- Maximise sales by traffic stopping to encourage curiosity and customer interaction
