Job Summary
To deliver a premium service to our full customer base, focusing primarily on our UK and European clients. Support customers with general enquiries and delivery options in an efficient manner. Proactively meeting customer expectations, delivering superior customer service, analyzing and implementing growth opportunities while giving full support to the customer service team and area sales managers.

Key Duties/Responsibilities
- Maintain high levels of communication.
- Provide total customer service for all clients.
- To ensure all orders are processed efficiently in lines with company SOP's & KPI's
- Complete daily all required documentation for CRM and Pipelines.
- Maintain customer / account details.
- Coordinate deliveries for all customer sites internationally.
- Generate quotes and load new business opportunities for profit maximization.
- Review sales / stock trends for inventory management.
- Provide full end to end customer service from point of contact to post delivery communication.
- Complaint Handling.

The job holder may be required to undertake other duties within the overall scope and grading of the role as necessary to meet business demands.

Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements
- At least 2 years customer service experience.
- A working knowledge of domestic and European delivery.
- Experience with commodity products is preferred
- Proven ability to work to at a very high level in order entry and quote generation
- Problem solving and change management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- A pro-active, positive attitude with an empathetic approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- IT literate - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
