This is a brand new opportunity to join Click Convert as a Trainee SEO & Social Media Specialist.

Full-time position in our Llanfynydd Office with normal hours of working being 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday and an early finish of 5:00pm on Friday

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Learning and implementing our SEO & Social Media Training Programs
- Attending regular strategy meetings
- Conducting calls with your clients
- Working within a multidisciplinary team of marketing experts
- Constant Personal Development

**Key Responsibilities: SEO**
- Understanding & conducting keyword research
- Analysing websites & providing digital marketing advice to clients
- Learning all aspects of SEO, including: off-site, on-site, technical & local
- Managing optimization efforts, including meta tags, URL structure, keyword placement, and internal linking.
- Producing monthly reports for clients (based on a premade template)
- Monitoring key SEO metrics, such as organic traffic, conversion rates, and rankings.
- Conducting regular website audits to identify technical SEO issues and implementing solutions.

**Key Responsibilities: Social Media**
- Learning the different aspects of Social Media Marketing with focus on both Organic and Paid advertising
- Developing content calendars and posting schedules
- Designing content for clientele based on their business and goals
- Manage and optimise paid social media campaigns
- Learning the theory behind social media marketing with emphasis on Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
- Producing monthly reports for clients (based on a premade template)
- **We Need You To Have**:_
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Data Reading Skills
- The ability to work in our office full-time
- Time management skills and initiative
- Enjoys being creative and have an eye for design
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English A - C (9 - 4) are required. (Qualifications in a creative field are beneficial)
- A Full UK Drivers Licence
- A Car - public transport is extremely limited.
