Overview:
**Duties**:

- Maintain and update office records and files
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting agendas
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
- Perform basic office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Assist with organizing company events and meetings

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software programs
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Excellent typing skills and data entry accuracy
- Knowledge of proper phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic clerical skills such as filing, organizing, and maintaining records

**Salary**: £15,687.17-£25,257.54 per year

- motor industry: 4 years (required)
