**Role: General Operative Team Member**

**Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7.30am to 4.00pM/Friday 7.30am to 3.00pm**

**Job Type: Full time, Permanent.**

As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Operatives in our facade factory.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of architectural facade components, including metal framing systems, glass panels, and composite materials.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently under the guidance of experienced technicians and supervisors.
- Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Handle and transport materials within the factory floor using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other designated equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and tools to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, including regular cleaning and disposal of waste materials.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction-related role is preferred but not essential.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new equipment quickly.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as required.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality to ensure accurate and precise workmanship.
- Effective communication skills to follow instructions and work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends, to meet project deadlines.
