**We currently require a**:
**Raw Material Intake QC**

**Due to growth within the team, we are not recruiting for a Raw Material Intake QC**

**Job Role**

This QC position will ensure that all product is checked on arrival against customer requirements &
expectations, with any issues reported and dealt with efficiently and effectively.

**Duties Include**
- Monitoring the quality of product on Intake
- Ensuring product meets customer expectations
- Generating reports and documentation, with attention to detail
- Raise non-conformances and ensure corrective action is completed within a timely manner
- To ensure the integrity of our products, customers and brands is always maintained, as

suitable to the role and defined in relevant procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, or relevant experience gained within a food

manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of red meat butchery specifications
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail

**Hours of work**
Predominantly day shift however you will be expected to work a Saturday on a shift basis.
