**Salary**:circa** **£40,000 depending on skills and experience

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of Request Fulfilment & IM&T Demand processes
- Liaison with key Stakeholders within the Maritime Submarines business and IM&T Product Groups to understand and deliver effectively and efficiently incoming IT Service Demand requirements
- Management of Outsource Service Provider(s) in the successful delivery of Request Fulfilment Services, ensuring that Service Metrics are in place and being met
- Working with applicable stakeholders, including IM&T Product Groups, Outsource Service Provider(s) and Maritime Submarines business, to look for and exploit opportunities for Continual Service Improvement
- Ensuring there is effective Governance in place to successfully manage Pre-Sales and Standard and Non-Standard Request Fulfilment processes
- Effective Cost Account Management for Outsource Services Delivery Budgets, ensuring that financial updates are provided into monthly IM&T Governance and that Year End targets are met
- You’ll also have people manager responsibilities in this role

**Your skills and experiences**:
**ESSENTIALS**:

- Proven experience of working within a Service Provider environment, driven by commercial arrangements
- Experience of working within a fast-moving IT environment
- Ability to challenge and negotiate with Service Providers to achieve the best outcomes for the business
- Ability to manage and prioritise business demand, liaise with multiple stakeholders and ensure activity is delivered to scope, timescales and budget
- Experience of line managing teams or individuals

**The IT Service Management team**:
As an IM&T Practitioner - Outsource Services Lead, you will be reporting into the Outsource Service Product Team who are responsible for the successful delivery of the IT Outsourcing Arrangements we have in place. This role will involve the day to day management of Request processes associated with the successful progression and delivery of Standard and Non-Standard Demand into IM&T.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a varied role, which seeks to maximise the benefits from IT Outsource Arrangements for IM&T and the Submarines business.
