**We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Technology Trainer** (80% Microsoft 365, 20% non-Microsoft software) to join our team or an individual wanting to move into the technology training area.

The right person will share our passion for providing business support for people wanting to improve and get better results. Must have strong organisation skills, ability to be effective under pressure, and able to show initiative to improve and optimise existing systems or processes if they are not delivering.

Reporting to the Lead Technology Trainer the overall purpose of the role is to support the firms Innovation and Technology team and Enablement Strategy, within the following areas:

- Working with the technology training team on the design and development of technology training and programs within Crowe to support the optimisation of learning and long-term knowledge retention and the use of tools for our internal teams, and to aid efficiencies.
- Expanding our knowledge and utilisation of the full functionality of both the Microsoft 365 software suite and its interaction with other software packages
- Assisting with the provision of post implementation support and guidance to our internal teams following the introduction of additional functionality /solutions
- Supporting the Innovation and technology teams in the evaluation and delivery of a programme of continuous improvement and enhancement for Microsoft 365

The role will consider the firms agile working policy. with a primarily office base at one of our national offices.

**Responsibilities**:
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Create instructional materials: Develop training materials, including presentations, user guides, cheat sheets, handouts, and multimedia content, to support the training programs. Ensure that the materials are comprehensive, engaging, and accessible to participants with varying levels of technological proficiency.
- Assess training needs: Evaluate the technological skill gaps of individuals and organizations through needs assessments, surveys, and interviews. Identify specific training requirements and develop tailored programs to address those needs effectively.
- Customize training programs: Adapt training programs to meet the specific requirements and objectives of different individuals or groups. Modify content, exercises, and examples to ensure relevancy and maximize learning outcomes.
- Conduct training sessions: Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques, such as lectures, demonstrations, hands-on exercises, group discussions, and online learning platforms. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with Microsoft technology trends: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in technology, industry trends, and best practices related to the areas of training and learning. Continuously expand your knowledge and expertise to deliver up-to-date and relevant training content.

**Technical skills, experience & knowledge**:

- It would be advantageous to have experience training, speaking or online learning space.
- Proven experience as a Microsoft trainer or the go to Microsoft person in your department or organisation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs, including designing instructional materials and facilitating interactive learning sessions.
- Familiarity with instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and training delivery techniques.
- Ability to assess training needs, identify gaps, and customize training programs accordingly.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and empowering others.
- Non-Microsoft software experience, CRM, document management systems, financial systems.
- Create your own content/courses.
- Manage content/course admin where necessary.
- Plan content delivery for regular/repeated sessions, 3-6 mont
