**Shared Service Centre HR Advisor - Dutch Speaking - Permanent Opportunity**
**Working pattern**:Hybrid with c.1-2 days spent in the Bracknell office

Reed HR are pleased to partner once again with a well respected, global organisation, as they seek a motivated and driven HR Advisor, to join them in their diverse shared service centre operation, based out of Bracknell, Berkshire.
As the HR Advisor, you will take responsibility for the employee lifecycle administration of the Netherlands and Belgium regions workforce, consisting of c.250 staff. You will work within a friendly, welcoming and extremely experienced team, reporting toa highly supportive HR Operations Manager, and will have the opportunity to work within a truly fascinating and global operation.
- Responsible for all employee lifecycle actions from hire to retire, for the Netherlands and Belgium
- Managing all onboarding processes, processing new starter paperwork, checking ETW and ensuring all relevant documents are received
- Processing all employee changes such as salary increases, internal transfers, expats/relocation, paternity and maternity leave parental leave, updating payroll as necessary
- Processing all leaver information, including final payments, debts, and online exit questionnaires
- Producing reports on absence monitoring
- Responding to all queries in a timely manner and within SLA
- Building strong stakeholder relationships, coaching on processes where necessary
- Making recommendations for process improvements
- Supporting annual cycles surrounding bonuses and pay
If you have worked in a fast paced HR administration position recently, and feel you are ready to progress your career within a busy shared service centre environment, then this could be the opportunity you have been looking for.
**Due to the nature of this position, it is an essential requirements that you speak fluent Dutch.**
It would be extremely beneficial if you have worked in a HR Administration/Coordinator/Assistant capacity previously, however it is not necessarily essential. What is essential is that you have solid administrative skills, a desire to work within Human Resources,and first rate attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Our client are working incredibly flexibly currently, with 1-2 days a week spent in their Bracknell office, with the remainder worked from home.
