**What does a day look like for you here?**

Based at our Aston Data Centre, you’ll be our key point of contact within the Aston DCS Warehouse team, ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of warehouse and logistics activities. You’ll begin your day with a team briefing to discuss the day's priorities, address any issues from the previous day, and provide important safety reminders. You’ll also review shipment reports to identify any failures or anomalies, ensuring you promptly report any issues to the relevant teams or managers. Keeping accurate records will also be important so you will also perform order status checks, particularly focusing on orders due to ship, and escalate any potential jeopardy issues to the Logistics Manager.

Throughout the day, you will be the primary contact for warehouse and logistics enquiries, fielding questions and resolving issues as they arise. You’ll also assist the Extended Logistics Team with both scheduled and ad-hoc stock control processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Quality assurance is also important so you will conduct routine quality checks on inbound and outbound stock activities to verify that everything meets the required standards. Serving as the primary contact for enquiries and handling escalations, you'll have significant responsibility and the chance to improve warehouse processes, contributing to greater efficiency and productivity.

You should also have:

- Extensive experience in warehouse operations.
- Strong written and oral communication abilities.
- Valid FLT Licence (specific training provided for type)
- MS Office Skills (Outlook, Word and Excel)
